Packsture uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. UPS and FEDEX are our first choice for our U.S residents. We have our own in-house staff that is in charge of fulfillment. We ship from the United States; we include insurance and tracking for all packages (No exceptions)

We stand behind the quality of our gear and everything that we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase —with a few exceptions— within one (1) year of the purchase date if you are Packsture Member or within 30 days of your purchase if you are not a member. If your purchase is related to a crowdfundinge platform, we unfortunately don’t offer a refund because the funds we raise on Kickstarter go to manufacturing, kickstarter fees, margin of error, payment processing fees, taxes and fulfillment.
We will refund or exchange your purchase (less initial shipping costs & restocking fees). For international backers, customs and duties are charged by your country but never by us. Many of our customers received their parcels without any additional charges. We offer worldwide shipping including insurance and VAT.
SHIPPING POLICIESIf you follow the sizing chart carefully, our gear will fit you (Please follow our sizing guide). Please order a size up if you’re between sizes, or your size fluctuates. Still, if you wish to exchange your item, we will be happy to exchange it, but you’ll have to pay to ship it to us. The item must be unworn and still have the tags attached to it.
